NAUTILUS Project Meeting in Lucerne

On July 1, 2024, our project team met in the beautiful Swiss town of Lucerne. Ahead of the Sustainable Shipping Days (SSD) and European Fuel Cell Forum (EFCF), during which the NAUTILUS project’s results were extensively shared onsite the Convention Centre Lucerne (KKL). We discussed updates on project progress, milestones achieved, upcoming deliverables, and addressed the approaching project closure and its dissemination activities.

Much of our discussion dealt with achieved deliverables and major milestones, like the assembly and testing schedule of the genset’s demonstrator, as well looking ahead to the emission measurements that will be conducted at DLR premises by the team from Lund University. The productive day concluded with the SSD evening network event on board of a ship crossing Lake Lucerne, maintaining the casual and collaborative spirit that defined the entire day.

Overall, the Lucerne meeting was a successful blend of updates, discussions, and planning for the remaining months of the project. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue this exciting journey together!
