Three partners of the NAUTILUS project will present the project -related work in Boston, USA:

⇒ Berend van Veldhuizen, from the Delft University of Technology, TUD

The focus of the presentation, titled 'Experimental Evaluation of SOFC System Exposed to Marine Inclination Conditions,' on May 30, 2023 (17:20-17:40 CET/11:20-11:40 EDT) at Hynes Convention Center - Room 210 (Level Two), will be the evaluation of the influence of marine conditions, in terms of static and dynamic inclinations, on the operation, safety, and lifetime of SOFC systems.

⇒ Santiago Salas Ventura, from the Institute of Engineering Thermodynamics, German Aerospace Center, DLR

The focus of the speech titled “Transient Solid Oxide Cell Reactor Model Used in rSOC Mode-Switching Analysis and Power Split Control” on June 1, 2023 (17:20-17:40 CET/11:20-11:40 EDT) at Hynes Convention Center - Room 206 (Level Two), will be the presentation of operating strategy for solid oxide cell (SOC) reactor that is being studied as a clean and efficient source of energy.

The focus of the presentation, titled "A Comparative Techno-Economic Assessment of Alternative Fuels in SOFC Systems for Cruise Ships," on June 2, 2023 (22:00-22:20 CET/16:00-16:20 EDT) at Hynes Convention Center - Room 208 (Level Two), will be a techno-economic assessment of the Genset for liquefied natural gas (LNG) and four identified potential alternative fuels (i.e., methanol, diesel, ammonia, and hydrogen) performed under the NAUTILUS project.
